In april 2006, i was contacted to work on a watches catalog for brand ODM witth another photographer. The brand is based in HK and the intermediary was their branch in paris. The main theme was something about parisian urban mood. They finally decided that they wouldnt use my pictures, only the other photographer's one.

They lied.

The pictures circles in red are mine, plus they used another one in a full page. I'm totally angry and dont know nothing about law on these kind of issues. If you've any experience on that, know lawyers, judges or anyone that could help me on that case, please let me know. Proving that the pictures are mine shouldnt be a big deal, but for the rest... I'm especially worried by the fact that they're based in asia. They also used my pictures as the intro of their website.

I think now that i learnt sth and will never be fooled again on that kind of bullshit. Anyway thanks again for any help you could give.
